ROBERT DE PIETRO
PARTNER / CIVIL ENGINEER
Mr. Robert De Pietro is a founding Partner at De Pietro Holdings. As part of the senior management of the Company, Robert oversees the daily operations of the Company with a focus on building engineering, asset management, construction, and renovation.
Robert oversees property management of The Company’s portfolio, including leasing activity, contracted services, building operations, and property maintenance and renovations. As one of the Company’s construction project managers, Robert provides input in establishing the Company’s engineering and construction standards, is involved with the planning and design of tenant improvement and company projects, and supervises staff and vendors’ and contractors’ quality of work and schedules.
Mr. De Pietro holds a Master of Science degree in Structural Engineering and Structural Mechanics from the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College. Mr. De Pietro is registered in California as a Professional Engineer in Civil Engineering and holds a contractor’s license and community college teaching credential.
Robert is a member of the Jonathan Club of Los Angeles, the Italian Catholic Federation, the Garibaldina Society of Los Angeles and the Kiwanis Club of Eagle Rock.
He serves on the Boards of the Eagle Rock Chamber of Commerce as Treasurer, the Ferrari Owners Club as Secretary, and Adventist Health Glendale Foundation as Vice-Chair.
He also serves on the Harvey Mudd College Engineering Visitor’s Committee and the Boards of the Historic Italian Hall Foundation, the South Lake Business Association and is Chair of its Streetscape Committee, the Patrons of Italian Culture, and the L.A. Railroad Heritage Foundation. He is a past President and former member of the California Architects Board and former member of the Harvey Mudd College Board of Trustees and Alumni Association Board of Governors.
He is a supporter of the American Council of Trustees and Alumni, the Pacific Legal Foundation, Hillsdale College, the Claremont Institute, Saint Monica Academy and Thomas Aquinas College.
Robert’s interest include architecture, gardening, cars, and railroading.
