De Pietro Holdings LLC Welcomes Helicity Space to 253 N. Vinedo Ave. in Pasadena, CA.
Helicity Space is performing R&D on fusion propulsion and power for future deep space missions in collaboration with Caltech, the University of Maryland Baltimore County, the Los Alamos National Laboratory, and the University of Wisconsin. The company was formed in 2018, incubated in Berkeley, CA, and is now located in a larger office and laboratory space in Pasadena, CA.

Located in East Pasadena, 253 N. Vinedo Ave. is a multi-tenant flex office building. The Project is close to the Sierra Madre Villa and Allen Avenue Metro Gold Line Stations, 210 Freeway, and the Hastings Ranch retail shopping center. Recent improvements include substantial energy saving enhancements plus new landscaping, exterior LED lighting, entrance awnings, exterior paint and new roofing with insulation.
