Rancho Cucamonga – Pasadena based De Pietro Holdings LLC has sold 9210 Rochester Avenue in Rancho Cucamonga, California.
A private buyer purchased the industrial property in an off-market transaction, and it was fully leased at the time of sale. The buyer will manage the property moving forward.
Built in 2002, the industrial property was purchased by De Pietro Holdings LLC in 2016 and underwent several important renovations to prepare it for both the current and future tenants.
