COMPANY OVERVIEW
De Pietro Holdings LLC can trace its heritage to 11 acres that were acquired in 1955 and subsequently developed by Frank and Frances De Pietro. Since its original projects, De Pietro Holdings LLC (and its affiliated entities), has grown to own real estate in the greater Southern California, Phoenix, and Denver areas. The Company’s current portfolio includes over 630,000 square feet of office, industrial, medical office, R&D, and retail properties in 15 cities across 4 states, and more than 20 acres of developable land in California.
De Pietro Holdings LLC focuses on looking beyond initial costs to deliver value and reliability to tenants. This proactive mentality carries forward through property investments, building amenity enhancements, and improvements to operational property performance. As needed, integrated design and construction services are provided in parallel to building management. Through these quality services, De Pietro Holdings LLC is able to deliver spaces that meet individual tenant requirements for functionality, maintainability, and desired amenities.

COMPANY MILESTONES
1955
Husband and wife Frank and Frances De Pietro purchased 11 acres of former agricultural land in West Covina, CA. They proceed to subdivide the land and develop three office buidlings, one retail/office building, one medical building, and three multifamily projects.
1971
Second-generation family members Robert and Dennis joined their parents to formalize their family business of commercial building development and ownership. The company was named Frank De Pietro and Sons.
1982
Following the design, construction and development of an over 83,000 sf six-story Type I office building in Los Angeles, CA, the company primarily focused on the acquisition and repositioning of value-add office, retail, and industrial commercial properties and continue its direct property management of its own assets.
2000's
Third-generation family members Althea and James De Pietro joined De Pietro Holdings LLC and expanded the company’s fields of specialty.
2010's
Frank De Pietro and Sons is renamed De Pietro Holdings LLC to reflect the addition of third generation family members and prepare the company for future generations.
TODAY
De Pietro Holdings LLC currently owns more than 630,000 sf of office, industrial, medical office, R&D, and retail properties in 15 cities across 4 states, and more than 20 acres of developable land in California.
